ICDL GCC Foundation is part of an international initiative dedicated to helping
raise the general level of computer skills of the global population through certification.
We are the governing body of the International Computer Driving License (ICDL) program,
responsible for the promulgation and implementation of the ICDL digital literacy
programs in countries like Kingdom of Bahrain, State of Kuwait, Sultanate of Oman,
State of Qatar, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates and Republic of Iraq.
Our mandate is to ensure compliance with the global standards of the ICDL program
and to operate in accordance with the ethos of the ECDL Foundation, a not-for-profit
organization with a humanitarian mission to bring digital literacy to all.
